Read what each panel measures, sample type, price, turnaround estimate and limitations. A broader or more expensive test is not automatically the right test.

Order and receive the kit
Pay online and receive the kit at your chosen address. Blood-based panels are labelled because their preparation and sample collection must be coordinated.

Collect and return the sample
Follow the kit instructions for breath, stool, urine or saliva. Return procedures and handling requirements are stated in the order and kit information.

Receive the report
The laboratory report is delivered when analysis is complete. Medical interpretation can be booked separately, but is never required to receive the report.

Judge a test by its scope and limitations

Price and marker count alone do not make one test better. Compare sample method, panel content, report format and whether the measurements match the question you want to explore.

The report is the product

A direct order provides the kit, laboratory analysis and laboratory report. Reported values and patterns do not on their own establish a diagnosis or replace ordinary or emergency medical care.

Optional help stays separate

You may use the report yourself or take it to a healthcare provider of your choice. A MediBalans medical review is a separate appointment with its own price.

Home collection and coordinated draws

Breath, stool, urine and saliva panels are collected at home according to the kit instructions. NutrEval and other blood-based panels require a coordinated draw; details are confirmed before collection.

Frequently asked about Genova

Yes. Tests labelled Direct order can be purchased online without a referral or mandatory consultation. Read the product page, sample requirements and limitations first. NutrEval and some blood-based panels require sample coordination.

No. A direct order includes the test kit, laboratory analysis, laboratory report and one complimentary month of Meet Mario access. Mario access does not create a patient relationship either. Clinical assessment, medical interpretation and treatment at MediBalans are separate, optional services.
