Your clinician defines the plan
Assessment, priorities, relevant results and follow-up timing begin with the clinic.
Meet Mario turns the plan made with your MediBalans clinician into a clear daily experience: what comes next, how your results connect, what to eat when ALCAT results exist, and what to bring to your next review.
Meet Mario supports a plan already defined within MediBalans care. It is not a diagnosis, emergency service or substitute for your clinician, and it is not continuously monitored.

Assessment, priorities, relevant results and follow-up timing begin with the clinic.
Your plan, meals, explanations and questions stay connected between visits.
Clinical decisions and adjustments belong in the follow-up agreed with your clinician.
A detailed plan is only useful if it remains understandable on an ordinary Tuesday. Meet Mario keeps the relevant parts of MediBalans care close at hand without pretending that an app is the clinician.
See the current phase, daily priorities and practical next steps from the plan defined with the clinic.
When ALCAT results exist, meals can reflect recorded reactions, the current protocol phase and available alternatives.
Open plain-language explanations of nutrients and gene variants in context—never as diagnosis or destiny.
Use Mario for practical questions about the plan you already have, while clinical changes remain with your clinician.
Follow the information used in your plan and arrive at scheduled reviews with clearer questions and continuity.

Meet Mario is useful because it has a defined role. It supports the plan between appointments; it does not quietly expand that role into diagnosis, emergency care or continuous clinician monitoring.
New symptoms, medicines, test interpretation and changes to treatment belong in an appropriate clinical review.
A clinician is not reading every question or data point in real time. Use the contact and follow-up route agreed with the clinic.
Do not use Meet Mario for an emergency or while waiting for urgent advice. Contact local emergency services or the appropriate urgent-care service where you are.
Access is provided either with a Genova test order or as part of eligible MediBalans care. The roles remain separate, including what information is used, service limits and applicable consent.
Meet Mario is MediBalans' clinician-defined digital continuity layer. When it is included in your care, it keeps your current plan, relevant results, practical explanations, questions and progress together between planned clinic visits.
No. Your clinician defines the care plan and makes clinical decisions. Meet Mario helps you follow and understand that plan between appointments; it is not a diagnosis, emergency or continuously monitored clinical service.
No. Meet Mario is not continuously monitored by a clinician. Reviews and contact take place through the follow-up arrangements agreed with the clinic. Urgent symptoms require ordinary urgent or emergency healthcare.
Not necessarily. Meet Mario uses only the information relevant to your clinician-defined plan. ALCAT-aware meals are available when ALCAT results exist, and gene explanations are shown only when relevant genetic information is part of your record.
Yes. Every Genova test ordered through MediBalans includes one complimentary month of Meet Mario access to explore the report, receive contextual explanations and collect questions. Digital support is not a medical assessment, and the test purchase does not establish a MediBalans patient relationship. Clinical care and interpretation are separate services.
Access is provided either as one complimentary month with every Genova test ordered through MediBalans or when Meet Mario is included in a MediBalans care plan. The roles remain separate, and the relevant service limits and consent are explained before use.
Book a first assessment to discuss your situation. If Meet Mario is appropriate and included in your care, the clinic will explain access and next steps.
