Meet Mario is an AI health companion that brings together your health plan, results and progress. It supports daily routines, food planning and practical questions. When a clinical plan or verified results are recorded, they can provide more individual context. Clinical decisions remain with your clinician.
Does Meet Mario replace my clinician?
No. Meet Mario is not a diagnosis, treatment or emergency service and is not continuously monitored. If you add clinical care, your clinician remains responsible for clinical decisions.
Is a clinician reading my Meet Mario activity all the time?
No. Meet Mario is not continuously monitored by a clinician. Reviews and contact take place through the follow-up arrangements agreed with the clinic. Urgent symptoms require ordinary urgent or emergency healthcare.
Do I need ALCAT or genetic results to use Meet Mario?
No. The starting plan is population-guided and requires no test. Verified ALCAT or genetic results are optional later inputs that can add more individual context when relevant.
Does ordering a Genova home test include Meet Mario?
Yes. Every Genova test ordered through MediBalans includes follow-up and two months of access to explore the report, receive contextual explanations and collect questions. You can also start free in Meet Mario without ordering a test. Digital test support is not a medical assessment, and the purchase does not establish a MediBalans patient relationship.
