Important limitation

Not a mental-health diagnosis

Urinary metabolites do not directly measure brain neurotransmitter function, explain why a medicine did or did not work, or replace mental-health assessment.

At your included follow-up, a clinician can consider the report alongside symptoms, medicines and standard investigations. The panel does not diagnose Long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia or MCAS.
